Gamepack toggles missing from settings

I have the enchanted by nature gamepack, and initially it did show up in my settings under "Game Options" to tweak the settings, but now when I go in this section the pack does not show. The pack is ...

    Hello! Yes, I even checked now with the new update and it has not reappeared and this was with my mods off, but I do have the pack installed.

    edit: I did a clean uninstall and reinstall and that seemed to have fixed the issue for me, repairing the game alone did not provide the fix.
