As for the duplicate post, it's the template acting up. You need to fill out something int he comment field but the template form should not who in the comment box
So basically remove all the template text from the comment box and then write something else in there. That should get rid of the duplicates
EDIT: Works fine for me. Could you test without mods to make sure there's no conflict ?
