Get To Work add on code

Good morning,
My son received a CD with code to "Get To Work" add-on for SIMS4 for Christmas from his aunt. I accidentally used the "Get To Work" add-on code for SIMS4 on an inactive EA account. I have Sims 4 installed another account (PC STEAM). I contacted with EA help I have already been verified using the verification code. I have sent necessary files to my case like photos of the disc ,code, and proof of purchase, but I didn't get any help. I wrote with advisors like, Jayesh K. Himani N.

Could you good people from EA Team re-activate my add-one "Get To Work" code?
I'll give you my case number.

Thanks for you help.

Gregory

  • @gregory6ag  There's no way to free up the code again, even if you deleted the old account.  The only option you have here is to merge the two accounts.  You'll need to contact EA customer support for that, and you'll also need to be able to prove you own both accounts.  Typically, support would send a verification code to the email associated with each account.

It's unfortunate the support reps you've already talked to didn't explain this, but perhaps it wasn't clear to them what you needed.  I would suggest using live chat rather than email next time so you can explain further if necessary.  If you don't see the option, try this link:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us/?product=the-sims-3&topic=missing-game&category=manage-my-account&subcategory=find-missing-game

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

    Hello @puzzlezaddict

thanks for your reply. Today I merged two accounts via chat but add-on "get to work" not appear to my main account. Do I need to contact with EA again?
