Get to work pack continues to disappear

Recently I went to play my sims 4 game and it was telling me that one of my expansion packs was missing. I have noticed that my get-to-work pack will continuously disappear and reappear randomly, and...

    @peach3keen  Yes, when Sims 4 went free to play in October, Get to Work was made free with all EA Play subscriptions, so that's why you had access.  My guess is that the EA App is forgetting, in some way, that you're not supposed to have access, which is why the pack works intermittently.

    It's not nearly as good as free, but most expansions are 50% off right now, in case you've decided you do in fact want to play with GTW going forward.

I went ahead and cleared the cache and repaired the game but the gtw pack is still missing. And I have the game through the EA app and haven’t bought anything through steam at all. I had ea subscription through my game pass for Xbox for free.

@peach3keen  Is that subscription currently active?  Did you buy Get to Work separately, or did you only have access to it through the subscription?

    It currently isn’t active at the moment. And I didn’t buy the get to work pack, I believe I got it free when sims 4 became free to play.

      @peach3keen  In that case, you shouldn't have access to Get to Work at all, and the fact that you do is the bug, not that it disappears.  GTW is only supposed to be available through a subscription as long as the sub is active.

        Omg is that the case? Because I’ve noticed it happens randomly and then it’ll reappear but I never associated it with my Xbox subscription
