Glitched Trees

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Sims 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs except for the new Eco and all Item Packs exception for Toddler and Kids packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As soon as I open the Sims I see the Llama logo in place of some of the Map Icons and if I open a map some of the area icons are Llama's. The trees look okay on the map but if you open a house in build or play mode the trees and some of the build items are glitched and contain huge ? marks all over they in varying layers.

What do you expect to see? Trees and textures...I get glitched trees and the textures are a series of ? marks.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I have automatic upgrades and every time I open Sims I log in it automatically upgrades or uploads a new patch. Friday 5th was the latest upgrade.
