Glitching mod in sims 4?

When i opened my game yesterday, my sim had all of a sudden got these weird blonde stripes in her hair that is not a part of the mod. I've played before with the same mods without any problems. It does the same thing with all of the mod hair i have. Does anyone know what might have gone wrong, because i don't remember doing anything that could have done this, and it doesn't happen in create a sim? It's not like my entire game is glitching, its just kinda annoying 😉
