Can't load into saves

I am a victim of the august 19th update. I cannot open saves without recovering an older version; I get stuck on an infinite loading screen. I play with mods, but I've taken all the script mods out of my game, I've repaired it, I've deleted the localthumbcashe, I've done the half and half method with my mods. I am able to eventually get into a save but I have to open and close the game a bunch of times because I have to recover an older version of the save and the "load game" screen also gets stuck on an infinite loading screen. The game never crashes and has no issues opening and there are no issues when I eventually get in the game.
