You can not just create a folder somewhere and expect the game to magically find it. The game only sees the folder it created. You can however use a symbolic link to achieve what you want. https://crinrict.com/blog/2020/02/moving-windows-documents-folder-to-external-drive-via-symbolic-link.html

I see, although the website for the symbolic link is helpful, it's confusing me because it won't allow me to make a symbolic link even though I followed what the website was saying.
