Goth Kit Ad on main loading page keeps crashing my game

hi

So i can't play the sims anymore because when open my game and i go to the homepage (yk the one where you choose which save i wanna play with) there is this stupid ad for the goth galore kit and

when i try to close the ad my game just crashes and this has been happening since idk maybe a week...

what do i do, i've already tried to delete all my mods en cc and my game still crashed.

Do i just wait it out?

pls help me, i am so confused...
