Gourmet cooking skill

I watch my favorite YouTube play the sims 4 but when she clicks on gourmet cooking skill there's these two huge two layer cakes that's on there and the sim she is playing doesn't have gourmet cooking ...

    I did some more research and it seems you need the DLC for both cakes.

I tried but it didn't work nothing happend after I reseted it
