graphic card not in database

  • @lisatesaus  For future reference, you can see which card the game is using in the config file, which lists your computer's hardware as Sims 4 sees it.  Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, open config.log, and look for the graphics card info, starting about 25 lines down.  A Found: 1, Supported: 1 value means your card is recognized and in the database; values of zero mean that it isn't.

The Intel UHD 630 isn't in the game's database, which is why you were getting those errors.  The 2070 is.  The game running on the integrated chip and not the dedicated card would definitely cause performance issues, but it sounds like you've sorted that out.
