Graphics card not recognized

Hi there,

I recently bought a new laptop, Dell XPS 15 2in1. I downloaded my sims 4 and it said the graphics card wasn't recognized. 

I already tried to do some research and most of it is confusing. 

I updated the graphics server

Can someone please help. 

I also have the intel graphics setting application that pulls up when I right click on the screen if that helps any?
