CharliesFaithXO  Please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver, as described here:

Use the newest driver available from Intel for your processor and graphics chip:

If that alone doesn't help, force the game to run in DirectX 11 mode.  Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
