If your game is up to date, test it without the mods/CC if you still have the issue, please reply to that post.
My game is up to date and I do not have any mods. I will try a repair. What's weird is that when I closed my game and restarted, it looked normal. Now that I loaded it again it changed back to the olive/dull green.
It could very well be the bug isn't fixed or is back once again. If still see it after a repair let the bug team know in that post I mentioned!
