Gray screen caused by dialog boxes
Lifestyle dialog box, selling from home inventory dialog box, selling from sims inventory dialog box. Any dialog box cause the same issue. The screen turns gray as if the dialog box was still open. I can't reload game every minute or so. Well, I can, but I don't want to, it's frustrating. And yes, I can save the game which is not a problem because it's usually 1-2 minutes until the next freezing. The bug appeared first a few days ago. No, repairing did not help. And no, uninstalling and reinstalling the game did not help either. I have just done it yesterday. And no, VPN has nothing to do with it (Nord in my case). I uninstalled it, it did not help.
Gray screen after loading can be fixed easy by pressing Esc. Been there, done that. The trick DOES NOT work with dialog boxes, unfortunately.
