Grim Reaper won't come

GUYS I MADE A MISTAKE!!

So I added the grim reaper to my household to try and marry him and whatnot. Needless to say it didn't work out too well, so I wanted him out of my household so I could have more sims of my own. Anyway, like an idiot I deleted his sim, which I'd opened in CAS and named and given traits and stuff. Just to test if he was still around, I tried to kill a sim by trapping her in a 2x2 pool surrounded by fences (so I could see inside). It took a few sim days until I added her to my household, wondering what her needs looked like. Once I added her, I saw that her essential needs were almost fully depleted, but after a few more hours nothing happened. Next, I cheating to give her "Dangerously Tired" emotion, which is +40 uncomfortable and made her jog, but that didn't help. After that, I gave her the "Hysterical" emotion that's +100 playfulness and told her jokes, which should've killed her no doubt. At this point, all her needs are 90-100% depleted and the grim reaper hasn't showed up. Please tell me I don't have to reset my whole game!!!! Thanks.
