@alainamarie97 Did your pre-order ever get properly cancelled? To check, go to ea.com, sign in, and open Account Settings > Order History. It's possible that a Processing or Failed payment is blocking your ability to use the pack even though you have a separate working copy on your account.
If this is the problem, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help removing the transaction. Make sure the support rep doesn't also remove your working copy of Growing Together. As a side note, CD Keys is not a supported retailer, and support will typically not help with issues related to content purchased from it or other unapproved vendors. But if the CD Keys product code is in fact valid (and I can't tell from here, but it might be), then it's not relevant where you bought it and you can focus on the attempted purchase from EA.
