Hands and Feet occasionally disappear

for no apparent reason, on occasion I'll have my sims' hands or feet (never more than one hand or foot at a time) disappear, completely invisible. This issue will persist for as long as the bug seems to arbitrarily decide it wants to last. Editing in CAS, leaving to manage world and reloading, changing worlds, or even restarting the game seem to have no effect on the issue, or at least the issue sometimes persists through any and all of those options.
