Hats not showing at all.

Question

For some reason I noticed that hats aren't showing at all on live, but they are in CAS. I have no idea what's causing it.

CC and built-in hats... It doesn't matter--literally none are showing up on live and are all rendered invisible.

I have tried repairing the game files via origin but they're still not showing. Please, does anyone know a way I can fix this?

@Tarahlen&nbsp; Please move your Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and test.&nbsp; Don't worry about any missing custom content; you don't need to save your progress.&nbsp; The point is to see whether hats will work in live mode when there are no mods or cc in your game at all.
