Having a hard time figuring out how to move around

in the sims 4 while playing there is a camera icon click on that to open the menu and use the slider to zoom in/out and the rotational arrows

you can in the three dots-game options-camera and switch it to a sims 3 style camera play where you can use the  < > ,  and the arrow keys to move left,right,up,down, Z to zoom in - to zoom out or hold Z and tap - to zoom out , page up/down for floors etc
