@Sweetheart8 Please run a search for EP13 , which is the folder for Growing Together. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP13 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
Repeat for SP39 , which is Bathroom Clutter.
Ok, I know a little about PC's, but where can I find that at? How do I get to that?

@Sweetheart8 Do you mean the File Explorer window? That's the window where you see all your files. You should have a little yellow folder icon along the bottom of the screen, which you can click to open File Explorer; or else click Windows key-E.

Ok, I think I have figured that part out. Now what do I do? EA has emailed again saying the same thing, that they are working on it. And still nothing. This is getting so frustrated!! It's been over two months now and they still aren't fixing the problem.
