Hello I
Hello I am hoping that someone can figure this out for me. I have had this issue for some time. When I play the Sims 4 I only build, but after a few minutes in build mode the sims just shuts down and...
@Rsteph75 The data for which notifications you've seen is stored in notify.glob, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If this file is corrupt, that could explain why you keep seeing the same notifications. So try deleting it. You'll of course receive the same notifications one more time, but hopefully only that.
It's also possible that the file is actually getting replaced rather than being corrupt. This is especially likely if OneDrive is syncing your files. You can try pausing syncing to see whether it makes a difference:
The regular crashes could also be related to OneDrive in theory, but the BlueScreens are not. Your dxdiag also doesn't list the BSODs, just some generic Sims 4 errors and a few crashes of your RGB software. Please disable the RGB software while you're troubleshooting, just to be thorough. For the BlueScreens, please look for any associated files here:
C:\Windows\Minidump
If you find a file with the same timestamp as a recent Sims 4 crash, right-click it and select Copy, then right-click your desktop and select Paste. From there, you can upload the file to the free third-party filehosting site of your choice (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and link it here.
If you don't find any relevant crash dumps, that's fine, just let me know. In that case, my first suggestion would be the same as above—to pause OneDrive syncing—and if that doesn't help, to play while your computer is offline. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offine mode, then disconnect from the internet before pressing Play.
@puzzlezaddict Thank you so much for all your suggestions, I have removed the notify.glob folder, disabled my RGB software, turned off one drive sync, changed EA app to offline, and went offline on my pc and still receive the issue. Actually when I tried it I got the blue screen, so here is the minidump file.

@Rsteph75 This particular BlueScreen was caused by the Nvidia graphics driver, so please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
You can get a fresh copy of the newest Nvidia driver here:
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/198400/en-us/
Please disable your antivirus, if you have one, while installing the driver. Since your computer will be offline the entire time, it should be safe.
I did a clean uninstall and install of my graphics driver (being offline and with virus protection off) and uninstalled and reinstalled the Sims 4, was offline in the EA app and disconnected from the internet, I still got a crash while building. Does this crash text say why this is still ocurring? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XeWb7FoLNnYVIWVbSjQvCeNUZ2TBRgy6/view?usp=share_link
@Rsteph75 What version of Windows are you running?
