Enchanted by Nature doesn’t work + recent purchase not available

Hi,

I tried everything on the internet to get Enchanted by Nature to work. Yet it doesn’t. It bought and downloaded and it’s more than a week since the purchase.

Plus I made a purchase of Life and Death and For Rent. Same problem.

Could someone from the EA please help me?
