@s8kqpjciozsq This laptop should be able to handle all Sims 4 packs together on low-medium graphics settings, or maybe medium settings. Without knowing which packs you own, or what kind of custom content you use, I can't tell you how it would run your setup, but that's a reasonable estimate too. Having fewer packs means you can turn up the settings, although some expansions are much more demanding than others. High poly cc is more demanding than EA-made content, meaning you might need to turn down some settings.
What I can say is you may be able to do better for your budget. If you're interested in other suggestions, let me know how much you'd like to spend and any other details that matter to you, and I'll have a look around.
@puzzlezaddictI’m pretty sure I only have jungle adventure and the luxury party stuff pack. And also I’d love your help thank you so much! I’m not sure if high poly cc is just alpha cc but if so I try my best to stay away from it since it’s kind of uncanny to me so I stick with maxis match. But anyway my budget right now is $300-$400 and I’m totally open to buying second hand!

Its graphics chip is significantly faster than the chip in the one you linked, and it also has 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage, which are great if not absolutely necessary. This model is as good as you'll find for under $400. I'm not seeing anything quite as good elsewhere, at least not right now, and I checked half a dozen different sites.
If you don't like this one for whatever reason, let me know why, and I'll have another look around.
