HELP! - I'm uploading my family to the gallery and it's stuck

I'm uploading my family to the gallery and it is stuck on the spinning bar. It has been like this for ages.

    I closed out of my game, and when i reopened it the family i was trying to upload was in my gallery at least. Hopefully this bug gets fixed

I'm really scared to do that because I worked really hard on the family

We had a Gallery maintenance a bit after your reports. Hope everything went back to normal, but if you are still having any issues with The Gallery, please, let us know!
