HELP! Does this laptop work for Sims 4?

Dell Inspiron 15 3567, i3567-5149BLK, 15.6-inch FHD (1920 x1080), Intel Core i5-7200U, 8GB 2400MHz DDR4, 1 TB 5400 RPM HDD, Intel HD graphics 620

or 

Acer Aspire A315-51-51SL, 15.6" HD Laptop, 7th Gen Intel Core i5-7200U, 6GB DDR4, 1TB HDD, Windows 10 Home

    The Dell is better because it has more RAM. None of them has separate Graphics card only builtin graphics. They should be able to run The Sims 4 with medium graphics settings or better.
