HELP IM LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
I'm locked out of my Origin account and I can't play the Sims! I tried to log in yesterday with my email and it told me that my email/password was incorrect. After trying every password I could think of and sending seven or eight password change emails (that I never got), I made another Origin to see if I could just restart my Sims 4 game (I can't, it tells me the code was already used.) I get emails from my new and pretty much usless Origin account but I never got a single email from my original account (WHICH HAS MY $40 SIMS 4 GAME), which leads me to think that somehow my original account wasn't made with my email (maybe i spelled it wrong?)
All together, I don't know my password and my email isn't correct so I can't change my password. My email is [edit: email address removed] and im pretty sure my username is madison0204
