help me find a pc setup that works for sims 4, mods and tons of cc.

I’m really ready to upgrade from my laptop, and have been looking for pc and monitors that will run the game smoothly, good quality, and have enough space for all the mods and cc I have. I will most likely only be playing sims 4 on this pc, other games might be stardew valley. budget for both monitor and pc is 1000. I really would prefer under but I do realize that you pay for the quality. 

this would be a beginner set up, so any suggestions please lmk!

    @nxcole05  Is this budget in U.S. dollars?  If so, please see this post I wrote for someone else with a $900 budget two nights ago:

    All the products and prices are still valid as I'm writing this.  The $900 option wouldn't leave you much room for a monitor, but the others are cheaper, and you can get a high-quality 1920x1080 monitor for around $120 U.S.

    If price is the most important factor, the $700 option (the first one) is your best choice here.  I could probably find you a gaming PC for a little less, but really not below $600 and probably not below $650, and it would be a significant downgrade in terms of the hardware.

    If you have more questions, please feel free to ask.  And let me know what country you're in so I can look for monitors, and also for PCs if you're not in the U.S.
