    @Melzords Hey, if you're on your university's wifi you'll probably want to talk to the network administrator there. 

    Different networks will have different policies, but I'd imagine that some have gaming connections restricted. If you mention that the online integration for the Sims 4 is relatively minimal (as opposed to something always-online like an MMO) perhaps they can help to get you online.
