My sims 4 is not even launching... It's been over 2 days and I'm desperate.....

Mine also keeps crashing. Once I downloaded the latest update, it started crashing as soon as I try to launch it. I've repaired the game, restarted my computer, and tried playing offline. It crashes every time.
