Howdy! I just finally got back into my old EA account from a few years ago, that was linked to my ps4 account when I played the sims on the ps4. I'm now wanting to switch to playing on my computer cuz my ps4 is really old and struggles to work now and I think it'd be fun to experiment with mods. I had bought three packs back in the day (cats + dogs, seasons, and paranormal stuff) and had a large number of saves, and I can't access either on my computer. I assume the saves can't be transferred since I assume they're saved to the ps4 system itself, but the packs should be tied to my EA account I thought,  but the EA app says I don't have any packs.

How do I recover my old packs when switching systems with the same EA account on both?
