Unable to teleport from gallery-downloaded houses

I don't know if this is relevant but I downloaded a house from the gallery and edited it move my sim family in and all of a sudden I couldn't use the teleport cheat and that house like I can leave that house create a new family move them into a different house and teleport all I want to in the same save file I removed all my mods and did the 50-50 method found nothing wrong so I transferred all the current sims I was using into a new save file same issue with the house I just started the next generation of my challenge I had almost completed The first gen anyways new generation new house (also from the gallery) Now my Sim can't travel anywhere when I go to a different house in the same save file I can travel all I want to once again I did the 50/50 method just to see if I was tripping and there was nothing wrong with My mods folder it all worked is there something wrong with gallery houses or what's going on?

For some contacts I'm on Windows 11 using the EA app My game is fully updated
