@Maximum0Dinosaur You can search for it, or files with part of that name, within the Sims 4 folder. Or you can move your entire Mods folder to your desktop, make sure the problem is gone, and then start adding back content a little at a time.
If this doesn't make a difference, it would help to know exactly what the problem is that you're seeing.
I did search for it and I can't find it, but I will try the second thing. The problem described in the original post is the exact same problem I see. Thanks for your help!

@Maximum0Dinosaur This thread is from 2014. It's unlikely that the same mod is still causing issue for you. It's probably a different one.
Custom content can get outdated with patches. If it works when you remove your mods folder, then one or more mods/cc is no longer compatible with the game and you have to find those.
