HELP! Sims 4 Get 2 Work REMOVED from my account!!!

Same happened to me with Back 2 work, did you get resolved?

Hi there KeshaT 

It sounds like you were accessing Get to Work through an active EA Play membership- please look over the order history on your account to verify if you're seeing a separate purchase for Get to Work, or if you were only accessing this pack through an EA Play membership. 

If you're playing on Xbox, you can check the transaction history on your Xbox account here as well.
