Hi, I bought the Lovestruck expansion on cdkeys and entered the code early this morning (In UK time). I realise the game isn't released until 6pm in my time (about 9 hours away), but my account isn't showing that I own it. I tried redeeming the code again, and obviously its saying its already been redeemed. Is this because the game isn't released yet, or has it not been added to my account?
I've bought many games from them in the past and never had an issue before, I assume its all legal? I'm also having issues with my account lately that games keep being removed and I am resetting my account cache every 2 days in order to get my games back. I redeemed the code through the EA website on my tablet just after midnight last night, then logged on to my PC at about 8.30am I had to reset my cache again as games had been removed, including The Sims, so I don't know if this caused the issue?
Ok, so I just ran The Sims, and under the Lovestruck expansion its saying I do own it and has the message "Download to use" under the title, so I'm assuming its ok. Obviously I can't download it as its not released yet, I was going to delete this thread, but I'm not sure if I can!
Thanks so much for posting this - had a heart attack as I preordered on cdkeys as well and after redeeming my code it didn't appear anywhere so made me panic massively!
After reading your thread, I logged off and back on again, and the same happened to me whereby it's now showing as owned.
