It's actually a desktop. Is there a way to replace it then?

In most desktops you can put in a video card, yes. But you need to check if the card you want to put in is compatible with your computer and all the conditions are met.
Bit difficult to help with that so you would need to do your own research and maybe get someone to help you out.
