Help with activating game to play offline

I just purchased TS4 today and I can play it when online on Origin. I would like to be able to play it offline, but it requires me to activate the game. Whenever I try, it says "enter product code" and nothing ever pops up for me to enter the code. How do I activate my game so I can play in offline mode?

    You need to be online just once to install the game. 

    If the window doesn't pop up try in the menu 'Origin' and choose 'redeem product code'

    After that the game should pop up in your 'My Games' section in Origin. 

    Install the game through there.
