The icons where you tell your sims what to do keeps disappearing and everytime I click on a sim it takes forever to go to them

I'm not sure what you want to show with the image you attached. Where the cursor is you can not click to give orders. Could you try to explain better what you mean?

The long white bar next to ur sim keeps on riser peering and the moodlets keep spacing like this and keeps glitching I tired removing my latest mods but it did nothing
