help!!!

to may whom it concern,  my name is NaeRylee and my ea app will not let me play the sims4. some reason it will start up and go back to the ea app. please help

NaeRylee03  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  If you use mods or custom content, does it help to remove the Mods folder?  You don't have to save your progress.

Hello! I've had the same issue for months and I asked for help and unfortunately received none. I'm on MAC and I've tried everything (uninstalling, repairing, removing mods etc.). Someone told me it had to be an EA app issue and not a sims one but that's about it.

    Yeah I figured cause it’s starts to run the game and then close out by it self
