Hey! I have a problem with Sims 4 loading screen then i start up the game

Every time i open Sims 4 up it let me in loading screen and then i just get stuck in loading screen for ever. I have played sims 4 on this computer before and had no problem with it. My pc and screen...

I have tried to do what you told me with out any luck, I did it on the local account I have made.

I have sent some pictures form a chat with an ea support. The Ea support website doesn't allow me anymore to talk with live chat and is always set into self-help. But I was lucky once and got help, but after he told me to restart i couldn't join the case again...... ☹️
