The Sims 4 language issue (game fully in English despite French settings)

Hello,

I am experiencing a language issue with The Sims 4.

My game is set to French, but the entire game appears in English (menus, texts, and gameplay elements).

This issue persists even after updating and repairing the game.

Could you please help me fix this problem?

I have attached screenshots showing that my game is set to French, but appears in English in-game.

    could you post a screenshot of your language settings in ea app ? Have you tried switching to another langauge and back to french ?

    I make the change every day, which reverts to English, and then I repair the game, but when I launch my game, everything is back in English.

    To my knowledge the language settings should be saved in the registery  so bit unsure what would it make revert.

    To be sure, you just have the ea app installation. Nothing steam ?
