I have tried to do what you told me with out any luck, I did it on the local account I have made.
I have sent some pictures form a chat with an ea support. The Ea support website doesn't allow me anymore to talk with live chat and is always set into self-help. But I was lucky once and got help, but after he told me to restart i couldn't join the case again...... ☹️
@MightyPatrik Please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the Nvidia graphics driver. Here's how:
