HEY! other sims can you help one of your own ?

since yesterday I cant play the game! its so frustrating because I love to play and I'm wondering how to contact the Saff/the owner of the game . because since the new update. I have a black  pixelated screen and its letting me  click on new game and resume and lode game but nothing happens and I would love to getting back into the game . this game Relly helps me to relax wen I'm overstimulated so I'm asking  wen is the new update because it feels like I'm in limbo I'm lost without this game. is there a way too or do I have to wait for a month ? and I'm wondering if there's other players from Kentucky? because I repaired the game and all of my add-ones and still nothing . 😶
