@ij39kzli80d9 Did you bring over any data from your old computer, or download anything at all not directly from EA (mods, files for ConfigOverride, etc.)? If so, please move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop and try again to play. This will remove, but not delete, your previous content, including the sims you made. Everything can be restored later, but for now, just test a new save.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.
