High level programming skill but can't hack work performance
Hello! Once a sim gets high enough programming skill, he/she can hack work performance. But, I don't see this as an option. Help! Thanks!

Are you using any mods or cc in your game? Try to remove them and see if the game works better.
For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.
I tried without mods, thanks. It did clear up some bugs, but this one wasn't fixed ☹️
