@maramunk Do you have a different mouse you can test with, at least temporarily? This would be useful in distinguishing between different types of causes. And let me know if you've happened to notice higher mouse sensitivity anywhere else, whether in another game or app or just in general.
@puzzlezaddictYes, I tested another mouse in the game, the problem remained. In other games and programs the mouse works correctly.
@maramunk Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and move options.ini to the desktop. This will reset all in-game options, and if it doesn't help, you can trash the new options.ini and put the old one back rather than redoing all your in-game settings. But it might help to have default settings; let me know either way.
