Just bought the newest expansion pack hobbies and business but after the payment went through it still tells me i did not buy the pack in the EA app but in game it says i have it bought i have tried everything relogging, restarting the pc and nothing helps
I have the same problem just with vampire pack. I think there's something with the EA app that's doing problems. I bought an electronic code from allegro and had some major problems even with the owner of the code they sent me a wrong code. It just doesn't wanna load my pack. I guess we all just have to wait and see.
I just tried to relog and it suddenly popped up in the add ons. Try relogging one more time.

First let's try clearing the cache for the EA app as well as logging out and back in. If you're still not seeing your DLC, please run an EA Error Report following these steps and provide your Report ID for me.
