Horse Ranch Download Issue
I pre-ordered Horse Ranch expansion pack, but I have been unable to download it. Every time I try it takes really long and then I receive an error message basically stating it cannot download. I’ve contacted EA several times for technical support, as well as DM’d The Sims on Instagram with no help. The last time I chatted with a technical support agent from EA they said my Horse Ranch expansion pack would be refunded and removed from my EA account, so I could reorder and download it. That never happened I was never refunded my EA account shows I own the expansion pack and I still cannot download it. The Sims has been no help in getting this issue resolved and it’s too late for me to be refunded for the purchase. If someone can please assist me I would greatly appreciate it!
