Horse Ranch 'downloaded' but not in game

@Pidgeandbug  Please run that search as well.

@gm28m  Thanks for the screenshot, which shows that the pack has been installed into the CAS Demo folder.  That's why it's not loading in-game.  Please see the first post of this thread:

I don’t have any of those folders, i have run the search for them on this pc, and they both say the sims 4 so they aren’t in the demo it’s just the EP14 ones

    @gm28m  I have no idea what your current screenshot is for because you cut off the address bar.  Your previous search showed that Horse Ranch was installed into this folder:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo

    So go there and delete the CAS Demo folder, restart your computer, and try again to install Horse Ranch.  If you get an error when trying to delete the folder, make sure the EA App and the EABackgroundService are NOT running in the Task Manager.  The latter would be under background processes.
