Hospital is Missing after update

My hospital has disappeared after the last patch. Things I have tried. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game and all packs. I have had my sim quit her level 9 career, then move to a ne...

    It's an known issue, but not sure if it has been fixed. There are multiple topics about it.

      I read several about not being able to have a baby at the hospital due to no hospital staff, but not  about the hospital staff and patients are on an empty lot when I join my Sim at work. Could you please link me to any posts or information. Thank you
